In her role, Caroline Scharf works closely with leadership to streamline company processes, ensure efficient and seamless operation of all day-to-day activities and operational functions of the company, and contribute to company strategy. Caroline also manages the administration function with a view towards a corporate services model. Caroline brings a well-rounded set of skills to Tom Sawyer Software, drawing from her leadership experience at large and small software companies; her passion for process and policy in streamlining operations; her solution-oriented approach to problem solving; and her constant pursuit of continuous evaluation and improvement.
Working Background
Previously, Caroline worked for 9 years at Revitas, Inc. as the Director of Documentation Services, where she was a key member of the Product Development leadership team, working closely with upper management on key organizational initiatives, and defining the company-wide product development lifecycle. Caroline is a returning employee to Tom Sawyer Software, previously having worked for the company from 1996 to 1999 as the Documentation Manager.

Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from California State University, Chico.
