Hudson is a tech-savvy leader and life-long learner who eagerly embraces challenges. He is a subject matter expert with extensive experience managing agile software development teams. Hudson brings an innovative approach to Tom Sawyer Software. As Vice President of Sales, Hudson Leads a team of sales consultants responsible for the growth and expansion of Tom Sawyer Software’s partnerships. Hudson brings an emphasis on building long-term partnerships in delivery of products and services, helping to solve the most complex and challenging problems our customers face.
Working Background
Hudson's leadership experience spans from the battlefield to the board room. He began his career as an Armor officer and ended his Army tenure supporting Special Forces in Afghanistan as a Finance officer. He has worked on various staff levels focused on improving process efficiencies. One such assignment was on the Secretary of Defense’s ISR task Force where he reduced rapid technology acquisition cycle time by ~70% (5+ years down to 12-18 months) by leveraging an agile framework coupled with execution monitoring, controls, and timely issue resolution. Hudson focuses on emerging technologies and the integration of AI and Data Analytics and integrating various technologies to aid in acceleration of disruptive capabilities to improve mission intelligence, operations and efficiencies. He recently served as an Advisory Board member to the W&M Blockchain Lab which is overseen by the Global Research Institute.

Hudson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Concentration in Accounting from The Citadel - The Military College of South Carolina in Charleston, SC.
He also holds a Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Va.
